We believe that every Californian is entitled to comprehensive health care

We are the statewide advocacy arm for community health centers and focus on grassroots advocacy, education, public affairs, lobbying, and candidate engagement to uplift the health center voice.

CPCA Advocates is dedicated to advancing the mission of community health centers through state and federal advocacy.

CPCA Advocates is an independent 501(c)(4) social welfare organization that is an affiliate of the California Primary Care Association and advocates on behalf of nearly 2400 community health centers that provide care to 1 in 5 Californians.
